SHIPPING POLICY (LOGISTICS & ASSET DEPLOYMENT)

KTT GOODS CO. // SHIPPING PROTOCOLS EFFECTIVE DATE: March 21, 2026

[ 01. STAGING & ASSEMBLY (PROCESSING TIME) ] To ensure a rapid and scalable supply line, KTT Goods Co. utilizes a hybrid fulfillment model. Assets are staged either directly from HQ in Eureka, Montana, or deployed via our distributed third-party manufacturing nodes.

Most made-to-order items require 2–5 business days of production before carrier transit, which is typically another 3–5 business days; launches, holidays, custom projects, destination, and unusual order volume can extend those estimates.

[ 02. SPLIT DEPLOYMENTS (MULTIPLE PACKAGES) ] Because we route gear from both our primary HQ and distributed partner facilities, orders containing multiple items may ship separately. If your order requires a split deployment, you will receive separate tracking intel for each package as it leaves its respective facility. Do not be alarmed if one part of your kit arrives before the rest.

[ 03. DOMESTIC DEPLOYMENT (U.S. SHIPPING) ] We deploy gear to supported U.S. destinations, and shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items and destination; KTT does not offer a universal free-shipping threshold, and only the services shown for that specific order are available.

[ 04. LOCAL OPERATIONS (TOBACCO VALLEY / EUREKA, MT) ] For operators located within our immediate Area of Operations (Eureka, MT and surrounding Tobacco Valley), we offer secure local drop-off for HQ-fulfilled items. If your billing ZIP code qualifies, a "Local Delivery" option will appear at checkout.

[ 05. GLOBAL DEPLOYMENT (INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING) ] At this time, KTT Goods Co. ships to select international allied zones. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Warning: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. KTT Goods Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the receiver.

[ 06. ASSET TRACKING ] Once your kit leaves a facility, you will receive a transmission containing a secure tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the logistics carrier to update the tracking node in their system. You can monitor your deployment status via the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

[ 07. MIA OR COMPROMISED ASSETS ] KTT Goods Co. ensures all gear is secure upon handoff to the logistics carrier.

  • If your tracking intel shows your package is delayed, please wait an additional 48 hours before contacting us, as carrier networks frequently experience latency.

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but has not been secured at your coordinates, please check with neighbors or your local postmaster. KTT Goods Co. is not strictly liable for packages stolen after delivery, but contact us at kttgoodsco@gmail.com and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.
